You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2009 Test, Research, and Training Reactor Conference.Conference topics to be considered will include

• Nuclear reactor analysis, operations and maintenance, troubleshooting, security and safety
• Research, service, and production activities• Education, outreach and training programs
• Reactor siting, decontamination and decommissioning activities
• Current regulatory issues for research reactor operators
• Radiopharmaceuticals

This year’s conference will be held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda,Maryland.

Prospective presenters are invited to submit abstracts on one or more of the above topics. Abstracts shouldbe 200 to 300 words in length. Abstracts must be submitted electronically via e-mail by September 1, 2009.All accepted authors will receive notification before September 15, 2009. Authors should submit abstracts to trtr.conference@wsu.edu.

The conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, and adjourns at noon on Friday, October 16.

Conference registration includes all meeting presentations; a conference portfolio; breakfast and lunchthroughout the conference; and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday. An optional tour of the USNRCOperations Center will be available on Friday afternoon..
