Here are a few events and attractions easily accessible from The Hotel that you may enjoy outside of the conference!
On Tuesday, buses will be provided to downtown Hyattsville after the conference session. Hyattsville is home to Streetcar 82 Brewing Company, Sangfroid Distilling, Maryland Meadworks, and Franklin’s Restaurant, Brewery, and General Store.
College Park staple Looney’s Pub is a block away from The Hotel and hosts Trivia Monday nights at 7:00.
We are also arranging for a trip to the Washington Nationals game on June 20th!
The National Portrait Gallery is open daily until 7:00. Located in Washington DC’s Chinatown it is only a short walk from the Gallery Place Chinatown Metro Station.
The Wharf is a waterfront development in DC with shopping and restaurants located just a short walk from the Tidal Basin and many of DC’s monuments!
The Hi-Lawn is a rooftop bar located above Union Market with over 40 local vendors!
The College Park Bowlero is just a 5-10 minute walk from The Hotel with 40 lanes of black light bowling and an Arcade!
Downtown Silver Spring is home to Denizens Brewing and over 150 other restaurants as well as a several theatres and shopping.
